Yes. All products sold at Old School are authentic supporters gear and quality leisurewear sourced from trusted suppliers.

Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa.
3. What delivery options do you offer?
We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
4. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed the same business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at supportoldschool@gmail.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
8. What is your returns policy?
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.
9. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

12. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
13. Will sale items be eligible for returns?
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
