At Old School, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Old School will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you once the item has been assessed.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items on sale or clearance

• Gift cards or vouchers

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

7. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at supportoldschool@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
